Not receiving our emails? Well, that could be due to a few reasons.
Reason #1: We don’t have your correct email address on file (due to a typo or perhaps a new address. Solution: Contact us to verify that we have the correct email address on file for you.
Reason #2: Our emails are in your junk/spam folder. Solution: Check your mail program’s junk/spam folder. If any of our emails are there, be sure to mark them “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to ensure that they’re delivered directly to your inbox.
Reason #3: Our email address needs to be whitelisted (or approved) by your company’s firewall or your email provider.
Solution A: If the email address you provided to us is company-issued, you will need to contact your IT department and request that CUE’s domain (@cueinc.com) be whitelisted in order to begin receiving our emails.
Solution B: If your email is through another provider (for example, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) then follow these whitelisting instructions for your provider.
This is important! Not only will you receive news updates, you’ll also receive notifications about new events and resources you need to stay at the top of your labor relations game. But if our emails aren’t getting through to you, you will miss these important updates and you won’t receive the full benefit of being a CUE subscriber.
