We listen when CUE members speak.  You told us you wanted more out of your conference experience, and we heard you.

You asked for shorter sessions and more topics, so you got it. The Program Committee has designed a lively, interactive event schedule that will bring a new vibe to CUE events.  We’re changing the conference format in Orlando, offering sessions lasting 45-60 minutes and more topics than ever before for you to choose from.

You wanted more topics and more networking. You got it.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Day One begins with an expert panel featuring Roger King, Jim Trivisonno, Doug Hessinger and moderated by Jim Gray. They will lay out the 2016 State of the State in Labor Relations, summarizing the many labor challenges facing employers in 2016, and offering their insights into how employers should respond.
  • Our session offerings over the next two days will cover many of these topics in more depth.
  • To close the conference on Tuesday, we will reconvene in a unique general session featuring our expert panel and CUE Board members sharing their top takeaways from the event, and what you need to do when you return to the office.
  • A networking lounge for smaller meetings, and a new conference feature “CUE Unplugged” – small AV and PowerPoint-free informal chats with CUE experts
  • a conference app that allows you to check your schedule, connect with other attendees and interact directly with speakers
  • We’ve added new audio visual equipment and more sessions. You can earn 12.75 SHRM and HRCI credits in two days!

After all that hard work, we’ll close out the event with a fantastic networking event while enjoying the premier nighttime spectacular at Epcot®, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth!

This is a most incredible grand finale; one that encompasses the entire World Showcase and the skies above. As the fiery glow of torches and sky-piercing lasers reflect on the lagoon, the boom of thunderous fireworks echoes atop an original music score. It is a thrilling visual and aural extravaganza as the skies above the lagoon are transformed into a kaleidoscope of color from thundering pyrotechnic bursts. On the lagoon, images displayed across the Earth Globe tell the incredible tale of our planet before the sphere opens to signal the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth emotional finale!
