Update on NLRB Representation Case Rule Changes

A new powerpoint deck from the NLRB highlights some of the statistics on how the new election rules have impacted the representation election process.  Perhaps not surprisingly, things are starting to even out in terms of election filings, but the time periods for the process steps of the election cycle have been shortened significantly.  The two charts below are screenshots from the NLRB deck.
