NLRB RELEASES GUIDANCE ON ELECTION HEARINGS

It’s always fireworks around the NLRB offices these days.

There was probably some news in your e-mail yesterday if you subscribe to regular updates from the NLRB.  If not, Politico Morning Shift has the details on some new guidance issued by NLRB GC Griffin:

 The NLRB’s Office of the General Counsel released guidance Wednesday that will help regional offices determine properly the dates of election hearings under the board’s December 2014 election rules.

Under the rules, an election hearing is held eight days from the filing of the petition. The guidance applies to all petitions received between May 2, 2016 and April 28, 2017. http://bit.ly/1TzYgfl
