Your CUE Spring 2023 conference agenda is designed to provide actionable employee engagement ideas that you can implement immediately and create an environment for sustainable positive employee relations.
CUE's greatest asset, according to feedback from members, is the members themselves. The networking that builds life-long relationships and opportunities to share best practices is worth the price of admission by itself.
After absorbing up-to-date relevant information, discussing and collaborating with fellow professionals and engaging with all the activities the conference has to offer, you'll have opportunities to sit back and relax or to energize yourself at our meet and greets.
All times Central Daylight Time.

What simple and powerful mindset transforms your culture, prevents your talent from bolting (or quiet quitting), and gets the best out of your team? The Hero Assumption.
You'll walk out of this inspiring and engaging post-coference workshop ready to put into action practical ways to make The Hero Assumption part of your day-to-day routine. You'll also learn how to coach other leaders to make The Hero Assumption part of their routine too. Phil Wilson will lead this workshop, which builds on the keynote presentation from the fall 2022 conference, with all new exercises and examples.
All attendees will receive a "sneak peek" of Phil's upcoming book on the Hero Assumption. We hope to see you there!

We strive to provide meals that allow our attendees to enjoy meals according to their preferences, including vegan, gluten-free and others. All dishes are marked with signage to make your meal selections simple. You can also notify a server at your table that you have special dining requirements, and they will be happy to assist you.
Many of our attendees have their spouse traveling with them. If a spouse wants to eat conference meals or attend networking events, they can do so by paying $195.00. Guest registration can be done when originally registering for the conference. If you would like to add a guest after you have registered, please contact Elizabeth at 1-210-545-3499 x1 to register your spouse prior to the conference.
