CUE's greatest asset, according to feedback from members, is the members themselves. The networking that builds life-long relationships and opportunities to share best practices is worth the price of admission by itself.

Fun

After absorbing up-to-date relevant information, discussing and collaborating with fellow professionals and engaging with all the activities the conference has to offer, you'll have opportunities to sit back and relax or to energize yourself at our meet and greets.

Remember to add the Post-Conference workshop when registering for the conference!

In today's dynamic corporate landscape, the role of frontline managers is crucial in fostering a culture of positive employee relations. But sometimes, it can feel as intimidating as standing in the playground choosing members for your kickball team. One stands wondering, "Who will play well? Who gets the plan? Who really wishes they played for the other team?"

The CUE Post Conference Workshop, led by Quyrus Epps, Katie Lev, and Karen Loughlin, is tailored to empower labor relations professionals with the expertise required to educate frontline managers, garner their support for the corporate plan, and strategically select key leaders who will champion positive employee relations initiatives. This workshop will highlight the experiences of practitioners in an interactive environment, ensuring you gain actionable insights and practical strategies to excel in your role.

Key Highlights:

  • Educating Frontline Managers: Learn effective techniques and communication strategies to educate frontline managers to support positive employee relations. Discover how to articulate the benefits and align their mindset with organizational goals.

  • Convince and Influence: Uncover proven tactics to persuade frontline managers of the value of embracing positive employee relations strategies. Explore compelling arguments, persuasive techniques, and case studies that showcase the tangible benefits of a harmonious work environment.

  • Selecting Key Leaders: Gain insights into the critical attributes and qualities to look for when identifying leaders who will play a pivotal role in executing the labor relations plan. Learn to conduct effective assessments, identify potential leaders, and create a robust leadership development program.
