Fall 2017 CUE Conference
Creating the Positive Employee Experience
October 15-17, 2017 | Indianapolis, Indiana

Fall 2017 Keynote Speaker

Jason Lauritsen

The Relationship Comes First:
Discovering the True Path to Employee Engagement

Work has been defined in many ways over the years: a contract, a transaction, a value exchange. This led to describing humans as capital and designing systems that treat people like assets to be managed and optimized. Is it any wonder that employees' feeling of engagement within these organizations continues to drop?

To reverse this trend requires that we understand what work is for employees, a relationship, and a critically important one. In this session, we will explore how designing the employee experience through the lens of a healthy relationship will focus your employee engagement efforts for greater impact. Read More »

Dallara IndyCar Factory Experience

Join us on Monday night for the Dallara IndyCar Factory Experience.

Lay down a hot lap for a chance to qualify for the Indy 500! Find out who in your group can lay down the fastest qualifying lap!

Source: Dallara IndyCar Factory

The Dallara IndyCar Factory is a joint venture between the IndyCar Experience and Dallara Automobili. It is located just 1/3 of a mile southwest of the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway - home of the Indianapolis 500 - and just 5 miles from Downtown Indianapolis - the Dallara IndyCar Factory is the destination for race-enthusiasts, and those who are brand new to the sport, to get their fill of all things IndyCar!

The Dallara IndyCar Factory offers visitors the chance to explore 23,000 square feet of interactive and hands-on exhibits centered around the engineering and technology of the world's fastest sport! Take a walk through a tunnel filled with the current IndyCar's blueprints and design concept drawings or sit down and relax in our theater as you catch up on the past, present and future of Gian Paolo Dallara and his company, Dallara Automobili!

While you're here, feel the rush of adrenaline as you strap on a helmet and slip into our Street-Legal IndyCar 2 Seater and speed past the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway! And don't forget to check out the specs of, and get your picture taken with the current IndyCar! Get the feel of what it's like to race at the famous 2.5 mile oval when you sit behind the wheel of a real IndyCar and race using iRacing!

The Street-Legal IndyCar 2 Seater is the first of its kind to ever run on city streets just like a regular car! It is fully equipped with headlights, taillights, turn signals and is also plated by the state of Indiana! Just like the IndyCar Experience's high-speed 2 seater that operates at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this Dallara chassis has been stretched to fit two people. Strap on a helmet and hold on as one of our Dallara IndyCar Factory crew members takes you for a ride around the streets of Speedway!
