This highly interactive board game is designed to give managers and supervisors the knowledge they need to operate in today's labor management environment.
Designed to be played by 4-5 players at a time, it has the flexibility to be used with large groups of 100+ or as little as 6. It is based on the 6 stages of a union organizing campaign and integrates real world examples.
Participants win points for correct answers and after the session a Q&A session is provided for issues that arose during the game.
